APARTMENT MELOGRANO 2604 - Pieve di San Martino

Each apartment has been given the name of typical Tuscan plants: Sunflower, Jasmine, Cornflower, Pomegranate and a painting of the flowers is found at each entrance and on the head of the wrought iron beds.

Every apartment has its own outside space with table and chairs fo eating outside (directly in front of the entrance of the apartment) and offer a fantastic panorama over the whole valley of the river Elsa. The furniture is in the typical country style used in Tuscany with handmade pieces of furniture and accessories. The internal and external floors are in "hand-made terracotta floor tiles", the ceilings have wood beams, Kitchens are made of Carrara marble and the accessories in the bathrooms are in hand-forged wrought iron.

Upon request, you can add a bed for a child up to 12 years old for n. 1 seat. Extra beds have no cost.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and was once the apartment of the priest. It is composed as follows: Spacious living- and dining-room with satellite TV and sofa. In this room, a whole wall made of the external façade of the old "Pieve" with its characteristic "dichromed" structure has been restored; small kitchen, two double room; bathroom.

Wooden stairs gove the access to "torretta" (small tower), the most antique part of the parish, once used as watching tower. There is located the second bedroom (with air conditiong)  that offers an enchanting view over the Elsa Valley.

The price includes: The use of the apartment with all appliances: water, electricity, linen and towels (1 change/week), gas for cooking, use of the swimming pool, use of the washing machine, final cleaning. WiFi connection.
